In this role, you’ll be the front line of communication for First Responders placing uniform orders, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and top-notch service. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Work Location: In person Responsibilities • Accurately enter and process uniform orders in our system • Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and care • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with our production and embroidery teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness • Maintain records, track orders, and support basic office operations Qualifications • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Strong attention to detail — precision is critical in uniform orders • Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure • Basic computer skills and comfort with order entry systems • Prior clerical or customer service experience strongly preferred • Friendly, helpful, and respectful demeanor — especially when working with First Responders Apply tot his job
