- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Skilled communicator (verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge of ClubReady site
- Comprehensive knowledge of key accounts business practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12-18 months in a customer support role
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to train and develop others
