Responsibilities
Answer and make customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints.
Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records.
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage social media advertising and engagement.
