Customer Support Representative – Remote

Job Summary


Netflix is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. This role involves providing exceptional support to Netflix members, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy.

  • Resolve account, billing, and streaming-related issues efficiently.

  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting for technical problems related to devices and Netflix applications.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.

  • Continuously improve customer support processes by providing feedback and suggestions.

  • Stay updated with Netflix’s products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is communicated.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems or applications.

Experience



  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, remote role with flexible schedules including weekends and evenings, based on customer demand.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts may be required.
