What You Will Be Doing
Β Providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries from parents through phone and email
Β Guiding and supporting student ambassadors to effectively showcase our programs during tours
Β Organizing the logistics for tours and shadow days with meticulous attention to detail
Β Keeping our CRM & SIS systems updated with current admissions records
Β Assisting in the creation of scalable manuals and processes for future campuses
What You WonΒt Be Doing
Β Developing or directing the admissions strategy
Β Supervising a team or managing multiple campuses
Β Engaging in curriculum development or direct student instruction
Customer Support Representative Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
Β Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales
Β Proficient in both written and verbal communication
Β Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Β A passion for education and a commitment to student success
Β Authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
Β Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software
Β Experience in admissions, education, or fast-paced settings
