Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and useful information
Provide first-level technical support for customer inquiries and issues
Document customer interactions
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You can speak, read and write in English (advanced)
The ability to work autonomously and drive your performance and development is essential in this role.
Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks.
Crazy about self-development, reflective, and open to challenges.
Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issues
Strong interest in learning and understanding the e-commerce industry
Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as "on-call" on a rotational basis
The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule
E-commerce experience is a strong plus
