Key Responsibilities Product Familiarization and Support : Learn the intricacies of blithequark's software product and provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Documentation Development and Maintenance : Assist in creating and updating the help center documentation to ensure that it remains comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly. Product Testing and Feedback : Test the product, identify issues, and report them to the development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: Fluent English : Native-like fluency in English is crucial, as you will be communicating with customers and creating documentation in English. Familiarity with Software Products and Online Course Platforms : Experience with software products, web hosting services, or online course platforms is highly desirable, as it will enable you to understand our product and its applications. Basic Understanding of DNS : Knowledge of DNS, particularly setting up DNS records (CNAME and CAA), is a significant plus, as it demonstrates your technical acumen and ability to grasp complex concepts.
