Activities You'll Engage In:
• Provide direct support to pharmacy customers that reach out to Chewy across various communication channels. This will mainly involve receiving inbound calls and responding to other forms of correspondence.
• Conduct research and engage in problem-solving in order to identify suitable solutions for the clients needs. Follow up as necessary to ensure the resolution of any issues.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service. Our goal is to find individuals who can go beyond just taking orders or reading scripts and establish strong connections with customers. Individuals who can think critically to offer effective solutions while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety and regulation are who we seek.

What You'll Need
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a role that revolves around catering to client needs
• Excellent communication skills
