As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in helping our 400+ international clients, particularly in the US, get the most out of our engagement platform.

**Responsibilities**

As our Customer Support Hero, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Client Support**: Respond to technical questions via chat, email, and phone, with a first focus on US clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our platform.
* **Knowledge Management**: Keep support resources (articles, videos, etc.) up to date and implement changes based on product updates. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive knowledge bases to help our clients troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
* **Support Coordination**: Bridge communication between support, product, and development teams to ensure quick, clear issue resolution. You will work closely with our product and development teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless support for our clients.
* **Product Awareness**: Stay informed on new releases and update relevant support materials. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with our product roadmap and updates, ensuring that our support materials are accurate and relevant.

**What We Expect from You**

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about digital democracy and citizen participation. As our Customer Support Hero, you will be:

* Curious and action-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow
* A good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new ones
* Excited about inclusive democracy and citizen participation
* Analytical and enjoy learning from data
* Based in the US, ideally PT, or able to cover Eastern US hours plus Australian/New Zealand mornings
