Required Skills
Ā Bilingual proficiency in Slovakian and English.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Capability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
Ā Experience in translation and moderation of content is advantageous.
Ā Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Qualifications
Ā Experience in customer support roles.
Ā Demonstrated skills in translation between Slovakian and English.
Ā Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
