Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our blended process. Ā Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Ā Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ā Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
