What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
- Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
- Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
- Ensure customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
- Report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience
- Empathetic towards customer needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
- Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST

- Experience in the insurance industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with various insurance company systems
