50-55k Base, 60-65k OTE + Great BenefitsOur best-in-class client is expanding and has an exciting opening in Austin for a Customer Support Associate. As a leading experience platform for the hospitality sector, you can expect to help a wide range of customers to maximize their potential through platform usage. This role is initially remote whilst they set up an office in Austin.Customer Support Associate responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat.
Train clients on platform use and provide strategic advice to grow their business.
Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements.
Create and update knowledge base articles for client self-service.
Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Identify growth opportunities to drive client success and retention.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Stay proactive in providing creative, tech-driven solutions.
Customer Support Associate requirements:
Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in software or technology. Fresh grads also welcome
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously
Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Tech-savvy with a knack for creative and proactive problem-solving.
Previous experience in managing client inquiries from initiation to resolution is advantageous
Customer Support Associate rewards:
An initial base salary 50-55k
An OTE of 60-65k in the first year
