Customer Support Associate
Snap Diagnostics is seeking a talented individual to join our team of Customer Support Associates. As part of our Support team, you will provide first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using our home sleep test. Customer communications may include assisting patients with registration, scheduling deliveries, arranging appointments, and responding to inquiries.
In addition, you will work in collaboration with the Sales team to deliver and continually improve upon our service. This includes assessing customer needs and guiding solutions.
This position is full-time remote position. Hours vary. You must have the capability to work remotely (connectivity and computer). PTO, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
All new hires must complete two weeks of remote training.

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly
• Preferred: Customer service or sales experience
