Responsibilities
Ā Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met
Ā Generate the lead for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary
Ā Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ā Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system
Ā Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs
Qualifications And Skills
Ā Previous experience in customer support, client management, or a related field is preferred
Ā Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
Ā Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Ā Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ā Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ā Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries and concerns
Education
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
