Customer Support Analyst - Online Technical Assistance

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Support Analyst to provide online technical assistance to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth product usage experiences. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, quick learner, and problem solver with a passion for customer satisfaction and technology.
