Description

At Hawkes Learning, we are committed to helping educators pursue student success by developing innovative products and providing excellent service. We are seeking Customer Support Agents that have earned an undergraduate degree or are in the process of it and have a passion for helping students at colleges and universities around the country.

The seasonal position will begin on August 4th, 2025 and is expected to last 5 to 6 weeks.

This is a remote position that requires access to a strong, stable internet connection in a quiet environment. Upon being hired, a company issued laptop will be shipped to use for the duration of the position. The laptop and any accompanying equipment are required to be shipped back immediately upon completion of the position.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Provide excellent phone support to customers.
• Customer follow-up with updates regarding their questions or requests.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Hawkes Learning products and customer tools.
• Work with other teams inside the company on projects.

Requirements
• Passionate about customer service and always having a friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
• On time and available online for daily work shift.
• Likes to explore new products and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain complex information easily and concisely.
• Enjoys problem solving and finding creative solutions to challenges.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications.
