**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to 25-30 calls per day from retailers, addressing their questions and concerns about orders, claims, and other related issues
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping
* Researching and resolving problems with orders and claims in a timely and efficient manner
* Populating data and participating in workflow processes within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Support Agent, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of call center experience
* 1 year of customer service experience
* A baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
* 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
* A flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM (plus occasional Sundays)
* A high school diploma or equivalent
