About You:
You are enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
You have a quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk.
You have a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
You are available to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week.
You can flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs.
You can meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.
You have successfully completed a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.
You have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
