Customer Support
Temp role with the ability to be extended. This role focuses on providing prompt on-site customer service and satisfaction, with responsibilities that may include mail/courier services, office services, and shipping/receiving. The individual will be responsible for handling client and management requests via various communication methods and contributing to site procedure documentation. Adaptability is key, as site responsibilities and locations may change based on client and/or division needs, and cross-functional training is required for coverage.
salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
- Strong focus on providing good customer service. - Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Responsibilities may include Mail/Courier Services, Office Services, Shipping/Receiving.
- Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
