Customer Success Team Member

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Team Member to support client implementations and ensure successful solution delivery while collaborating with customers and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer needs into structured use cases, user stories, and clear, testable acceptance criteriaDevelop detailed functional requirements for the development and configuration teamsEnsure all requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with defined business outcomesMaintain implementation schedules and milestone tracking to ensure timely deliveryDocument meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items to ensure clarity and accountabilityParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesClarify and refine user stories to ensure development readinessCoordinate and/or lead sprint demonstrations of completed functionalityValidate delivered solutions against defined acceptance criteria prior to releaseCoordinate and support End User Acceptance (EUA) testing, ensuring stakeholders formally validate delivered functionality before production releaseCapture end-user feedback and translate enhancements or adjustments into prioritized backlog itemsSupport the development of user documentation, training materials, and enablement resources as neededRecommend Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and configuration management best practicesApply structured thinking aligned with CM2/CMII principles (helpful but not required)Promote scalable, maintainable system configuration approaches that support long-term growth and sustainabilitySkillsBachelor's degree in: Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience working in customer-facing roles within technology, software implementation, or systems engineering environmentsMust possess an active Secret security clearanceStrong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user storiesExperience participating in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clientsMust possess an active Secret security clearanceExperience with PLM systems or enterprise configuration platformsFamiliarity with CM2/CMII principlesExperience coordinating user acceptance testingUnderstanding of federal or regulated environments is a plusBenefitsBonusesPaid health insurance401(k) matchCompany OverviewJ2E Technology is an IT company that provides configuration and data management services.
