Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of SaaS Technology Platforms and Help Desk Software
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a service-related industry
Demonstrated ability to grow relationships and product knowledge
High degree of empathy and a self-starter attitude
