Customer Success Specialist
Milestone Systems is a global leader in video management software, seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their Channel Success - CARE team. The role focuses on managing CARE renewals, providing customer support, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize revenue while ensuring high data quality.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a pipeline of CARE renewals for an assigned territory/account base including, among others, lead generating activitiesProviding customers timely and accurate solutions regarding Milestone’s CARE productsMeeting your revenue targetsProvide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issuesEnsure a high level of data qualityTrack progress and document the results in SalesforceContacting resellers & up and cross sell our CARE renewals – via outbound phone calls, email, or virtual meetings. You will not be selling directly to end customersWorking strategically and proactively with field sales teams, resellers and other internal teams to maximize revenue and ensuring the renewal of our CARE accountsIdentify training opportunities and hand off escalations to the appropriate sales teamEnsuring a high level of data quality in our CRM systemConduct daily phone callsSkillsBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experienceMinimum 1-2 years sales experience, and if you have experience with outbound phone calls it is an additional advantageExperience with SalesForce is an advantagePrevious experience with video analytics and/or VMS, preferredCompany OverviewMilestone Systems develops open platform IP video management software, delivering easy-to-manage surveillance solutions for enterprises.
