Requirements
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account support, account operations, or customer-facing role, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or data-driven environments
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to support multiple accounts or customer workstreams simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and clearly with both internal teams and external customers
ā¢ Proven reliability and follow-through, with a track record of being a trusted partner to account teams and customers
ā¢ High attention to detail, with the ability to review work carefully and contribute polished, customer-ready outputs
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities may evolve based on customer needs
ā¢ Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in supporting customer success and contributing to shared team goals
