In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnerships and drive meaningful outcomes across a critical and growing segment of healthcare bringing innovative, person-centred solutions to life.
This is your chance to move beyond delivery and influence real system-wide change, working closely with partners to improve access, experience, and outcomes within Mental Health.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end customer success lifecycle across the Mental Health segment
Build and grow strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving expansion
Translate market insights and partner needs into innovative, scalable solutions
Lead proposals and tenders, shaping impactful, high-quality submissions
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing delivery
Showcase impact through data-driven insights and outcome storytelling
Must Haves
Proven experience in customer success, partnerships, or business development
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, funding, and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposals and stakeholder engagement
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and deliver outcomes
A passion for Mental Health and improving patient experiences at scale
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
