The Opportunity
Play a key role in transforming Aged Care delivery at scale with Amplar Health.
You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and innovation, helping design and deliver solutions that genuinely improve the lives of Australians.
This role offers the chance to step into a highly visible, impact-driven position, where your ideas and relationships directly shape how care is delivered and experienced across the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth and success across a portfolio of our Aged Care partners
Identify and unlock new opportunities through market and customer insights
Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Lead the development of compelling proposals, tenders, and new solutions
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth rollout and ongoing optimisation
Track, measure, and communicate the value and impact delivered to customers
Must Haves
Experience in partnerships, customer success, or business development
Knowledge of the Aged Care or broader health ecosystem is highly advantageous
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growth and opportunity identification
Proven ability to influence, engage and present to senior stakeholders
A passion for improving outcomes for ageing populations
A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to navigate complexity
