Success in this role means balancing commercial outcomes with outstanding customer advocacy, all while collaborating across product, engineering, and sales teams. Own a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using the platform.
Serve as a strategic advisor by building customer success plans, encouraging adoption, and delivering product best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to communicate customer needs and resolve issues.
Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction.
Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus points for experience with clients in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms.
