As a Customer Success Manager at Attentive, you will:
Cement relationships with new and existing customers, including onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
Develop and refine our customer success playbooks for the Pro Sports + Entertainment vertical
Provide strategic guidance and support to customers, advocating for their needs and driving business outcomes
Analyze customer usage to inform forecasts, identify risks, and develop resolution strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements and drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2-4 years of account management experience, ideally in a marketing or software company
Direct experience working with customers in the Pro Sports + Entertainment space
A startup mindset, with a willingness to experiment, adapt, and innovate
Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfort with learning new software and navigating complex work processes
