As part of our dynamic team of 160 Lifeners, we are passionate about innovating without limits to build a healthier world. **Join us!** **The Customer Success Manager Team** Our Customer Success Manager team is committed to ensuring the long-term engagement and satisfaction of our users, with the ultimate goal of maximizing the value of arenaflex solutions for all our clients. As a Customer Success Manager specializing in private hospitals, you will be responsible for guiding our 15,000 healthcare professionals in utilizing arenaflex Documents and Lifen Integration solutions. Your role will play a central part in our client retention strategy, focusing on user onboarding and usage tracking at the hospital management level. Your impact will be direct and measurable, with opportunities to take on new responsibilities, collaborate with various client functions, and work closely with internal arenaflex teams.
