What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts
- Facilitate executive meetings to drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes
- Drive positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores through initiatives with customers
- Build relationships with key account contacts and internal partners on sales, product, and engineering teams
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience with enterprise or strategic level customers preferred
- Experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments
- Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Experience in project/change management and organizational development
- Passion for outstanding customer service and account management
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams
- Collaborative and forward-thinking individual
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of human resources/talent acquisition function
- Experience in sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment
