The company is committed to delivering measurable outcomes for its customers while continuously evolving its platform to meet changing needs.About the RoleThe Customer Success Manager (CSM) is an individual contributor responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience across a portfolio of accounts. This includes onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and growth.Working closely with the Customer Success Director, the CSM will execute customer engagement strategies and success plans, ensuring each customer realizes maximum value from Flyreel’s solutions.This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis and plays a key role in driving long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.About the TeamThe Customer Success team at Flyreel is a collaborative, customer-focused group dedicated to delivering exceptional service and outcomes. The team partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.With a strong emphasis on communication, accountability, and continuous improvement, the team works together to advocate for customers internally while proactively supporting their success externally.ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in Flyreel’s product and what it means to deliver real customer successOwn the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, implementation, support, account management, renewals, expansions, and advocacyAct as the primary point of contact for customers, including handling escalations and critical issuesCoordinate and manage the end-to-end solution implementation processEstablish and maintain consistent customer engagement and communication practicesSchedule and lead regular customer status calls, documenting clear actions, owners, and timelinesMonitor and manage key account metricsPartner with Customer Operations to ensure ongoing service delivery and supportAlign Customer Success activities with both customer and organizational goalsProvide data-driven insights to increase product adoption and maximize customer valueDevelop customer-specific workflows to address unique challengesAct as the voice of the customer internally, influencing Product, Marketing, and SalesCollaborate cross-functionally to support overall Customer Success objectivesQualifications5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing roleProven track record of managing customer relationships, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and record-keepingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsComfortable working with software platforms, tools, and systemsCollaborative team player with strong cross-functional partnership experienceCustomer-first mindset with a proactive and empathetic approachStrong project management skills, including prioritization and expectation setting Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Colorado $65,100 - $108,500. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $65,100 - $108,500. Base Pay Range for IL is $68,300 - $113,900. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $71,600 - $119,300. Base Pay Range for MD is $68,300 - $113,900. Base Pay Range for NY is $71,600 - $119,300. Base Pay Range for New York City is $78,100 - $130,300. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $65,100 - $108,500. Base Pay Range for OH is $61,800 - $103,100.
