Customer Success Manager

If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.The Customer Success Manager is responsible for optimizing the Customer Experience lifecycle, handling post-Sales Implementation program management and collaborating with the customer to ensure they are realizing expected value from EFX solutions, as well as driving adoption and retention.What you will doProactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experienceAct as the connecting thread for internal teams with the customer across the customer journeyDrive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues from acquisition to adoption to use to value realizationServe as a trusted adviser and advocate for clientsCreate customer success plan with each clientMonitor and maintain customer healthEducate clients on business value of solutionsAid customers in usage and value realization of solutionsPartner with Account Executive(s) in preparing and conducting quarterly business reviewsDrive customer advocacy within EquifaxUtilize voice of the customer to inform product roadmapsCoordinate internal COE teams to benefit of customersProvide clients transparency on status of issues/requestsAssist with resolution of customer support issuesWhat experience you needKnowledge of customer success processes5-7 years of sales experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, business development, or other client-facing roleBachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experienceExperience promoting value through the customer experienceExperience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customersAbility to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and creatively solve problemsExperience working with cross-functional teamsWhat could set you apartExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsAbility to establish milestones and keep all team members on task; strong project management skillsSelf-driven and proactiveBias for action#LI-JD1#LI-TE1#LI-remoteEquifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $105,000.
