Role Overview
Ā Position: Customer Success Manager
Ā Location: Arlington, TX or San Francisco, CA (hybrid options available)
Ā Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Support, or Sales
Key Responsibilities
Ā Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success
Ā Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring effective product usage
Ā Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs
Ā Track and manage customer renewals to maintain and grow our customer base
Ā Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and identify growth opportunities
Ā Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance the customer experience
Ā Willing to travel and participate in system installations.
Ideal Candidate
Ā Proven experience in Customer Success, Support, or Sales roles
Ā Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ā Analytical mindset with the ability to identify upsell opportunities
Ā High emotional intelligence and empathy
Ā Proficiency with CRM software and willingness to learn new systems
Ā Passion for technology and interest in the supply chain/fulfillment industry
