Customer Success Manager (100% remote)
We are looking for a person to help us improve our customer satisfaction, generating a real transformation in our product and processes. The ideal candidate would be an advocate for our clients who likes to build relationships, understands their requirements and solve their problems.
The job is fully remote. The team, including the managing partners, is located in Argentina, while the company is incorporated in the USA. As one of the leading SaaS platforms in time tracking and productivity software, we serve thousands of business clients all over the globe.
Since were a product-led company, your role will be key to retain customers, generate more sales and bring insights to develop new solutions. Your work will shape our business.
Responsibilities
Onboard new clientsProvide 1:1 online demos, client training and webinarsManage sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with clients to deeply understand their needsSupervise the support process and qualitySupervise the onboarding processLead help and training content creationDefine quality processes to improve customer satisfactionPresent Customer Retention KPIPresent Customer Churn KPIPresent Insights on how to improve customer satisfactionCollaborate with Product Marketing bringing customer insights
Qualifications Required
English level: BilingualAt least 3 years of experience as CSM or a related positionAt least 3 years of experience working in SaaSAt least 6 years of related work experienceExcellent presentation skillsHighly organized
Preferred
Knowledge of business analytics toolsUnderstanding of product metricsProject management skillsMarketing or business background
