Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Time management and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
