Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Associate, you will work independently, responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat
Responding to customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints
Offering sales links, discounts, and solutions to customer concerns
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
