Job description: We are currently recruiting full-time Customer Success Associates to process inbound calls for our Customer Success team. Qualified candidates will be energetic, customer centric, detail-oriented individuals who value a strong company culture. Candidates must be able to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift. This position can be worked remotely from a quiet home office.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer a high volume of inbound support calls generated through a variety of media channels from consumers interested in discussing their active applications.
Provide excellent customer support through effective online chat communications
Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone calls resulting in on-boarding of new customers
Meet customer service goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly and show empathy when listening to customers and addressing their concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred
1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
1-2 years of relevant sales experience
Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm
Must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals
Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center
Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change, and balance multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must be available to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift
