Customer Success Advocate

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers throughout the vehicle buying and selling process. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Description Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels Educate customers on KeySavvy products, services, pricing, and processes Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Build rapport with customers through active listening and clear communication Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends Monitor customer feedback and share insights with leadership Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Schedule Requirements Must be available to work evenings and weekends Customer Success hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM CST Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or similar) Strong technical skills with the ability to work across multiple platforms Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, tone, and clarity Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities General knowledge of automotive transactions is a plus Work Environment This is a remote work from home role, requiring a consistent home office setup with reliable internet access. Team members collaborate regularly through virtual meetings and communication platforms. Success in this role depends on strong time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
