Join a leading European Waste-to-Product innovator as part of the WorkNomads network. Our client transforms over 14 million tons of waste per year into high-purity secondary materials, acting as a cornerstone of the circular economy in the Benelux region and beyond. From managing complex logistics for major international airports to enabling zero-waste strategies for diplomatic and global entities, this project sits at the forefront of environmental innovation.We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Advisor to support our Benelux partners in their journey towards a 75% recycling rate by 2030. In this role, you are not just providing support – you are helping drive circularity every day.Your roleYou will be the first point of contact for our Benelux customers and partners, handling a variety of multichannel interactions with professionalism and empathy.Operational excellence: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to logistics, including scheduling, deliveries, and routing checks.Digital support: Guide customers through the online portal so they can use their circularity tools effectively.Account management: Resolve contract and billing questions and handle complaints with a solution-focused mindset.Strategic escalation: Identify complex cases and ensure timely escalation to second-line specialists when needed.Case ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of customer cases via phone and email, ensuring transparency and “Waste No More” efficiency.Who you areYou are a digitally savvy professional who enjoys helping customers and solving problems in a structured way.Languages: C2/native French (spoken and written) and at least C1 English.Experience: Ideally 2+ years of multichannel customer care experience with one employer, showing stability and growth.Problem-solver: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to find suitable solutions to complex logistical questions.Tech-comfortable: Confident using CRM tools and digital portals.Collaborative: While you work remotely, you are available and willing to join on-site training and team-building events with the client and the WorkNomads community.Contract & location: You are based in the European Union and comfortable working as a B2B / freelance contractor.If you don’t tick every single box but feel this role and mission are a strong match for you, we still encourage you to apply.
