For us, Culture is Our Strategy—check out ourCulture Memoto dive deeper into what makes SAFE unique.Location: London - RemoteExperience: 5-10 years Core Responsibilities: Owns the entire customer journey - from onboarding to value realization to value expansion - measuring specific metrics throughout the journeyActs as the "voice of the customer" inside the companyOwns the customer relationship - including relationships with the CISO/CIOs and IT operational teams - with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor on cyber riskOwns metrics such as NRR, NPS, and value realizationBecomes a SAFE platform expert and help customers become self-sufficientAssists in identifying and documenting best practices and ensuring customer environments align with themPartners with Customer Success Engineers (CSE) to resolve any issues with customer deploymentsCommunicates and tracks customer product enhancements with SAFE Product ManagementPresent customer business reviews to executive business owners and technical customer contactsTravel to customer locations will be required Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience: Technical knowledge: Breadth of knowledge around cybersecurity, cyber risk, security complianceEmpathy with the customer; listening powerStrong project management skills - super detail-oriented and disciplined5+ years of experience in risk consulting, management consulting, customer successTakes an advisory approach to large Fortune 1000 customersTrack record of delivering on customer success metricsConfidence in being an advisor to the CXOsComfort with building, ambiguity, and high growth chaos in a startup environment Additional Information If you’re passionate about cyber risk, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that’s redefining security—we want to hear from you!
