About the Role:
As a Customer Specialist - TurboTax Product Expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to TurboTax customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns related to TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll work closely with our team of experts, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS), to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service and support to TurboTax customers via phone, email, or chat
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
Utilize your strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
Work collaboratively with SMEs and MPS to ensure exceptional customer experiences
