Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and concerns. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information. Utilize sales techniques to recommend products and upsell additional items. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Communicate with customers regarding special orders, delivery, and installation services. Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the shopping experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills. Represent The Home Depot in a professional and positive manner at all times.
