Customer Services Representive

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role is to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or in person, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Ā• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications:
Ā• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
Ā• Proven experience in a customer service or related role preferred.

Ā• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ā• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Ā• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Ā• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
