We’re looking for an energetic, organized, people-loving professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the heartbeat of the operation. If you love helping customers, solving problems, coordinating schedules, and supporting technicians, this could be the perfect fit for you.
This isn’t your average office job — every day is different, the pace is exciting, and you’ll play a huge role in helping our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams deliver outstanding service.
What You’ll Do
• Answer customer calls and provide friendly, professional support
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and maintenance calls
• Keep routes organized and efficient so our teams can serve more customers
• Communicate job details, schedule updates, and changes with technicians throughout the day
• Monitor call progress and make real-time scheduling adjustments when needed
• Help coordinate urgent and emergency service calls
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in our scheduling system
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for both customers and field teams
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems
• Team player who enjoys a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work remote weekends during peak season
