We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Chat Agent. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and chats, resolving member issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. Your duties will include:
Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats
Resolving member issues and providing solutions
Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues
Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Past customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong background in customer service
Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
Strong time management skills
Bilingual abilities a plus
