Your Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concernsCalmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issuesEscalate interactions when necessary and appropriateRespond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing paymentsTrack all call-related information for and reporting purposesProvide feedback on-call issuesUpsell if required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent6 months Customer Service experience minimum (not required)Be proficient in PC operation and navigationHave excellent communications skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environmentAbility to stay composed and objectiveStrong listening skills
Requirements for working remotely:
High-Speed Internet requiredDedicated workspaceAble to navigate and use a computerCell phone - calling and texting
