You’ll be assisting union members who personally request benefit information , guiding them through their options and helping them understand the resources available to them. Your responsibilities will include: Reaching out to members via phone or virtual meeting Coordinating and conducting scheduled benefit consultations Breaking down program details in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way Completing digital forms with accuracy Offering follow-up support to maintain ongoing relationships Every conversation you have helps families make well-informed choices about their coverage and long-term financial protection.
