Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative - Night Shift (Remote), your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
Utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries
Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
Offering additional products and/or services to customers
Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Look For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience
The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
A high school diploma or GED
A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications: The Skills and Experience That Give You an Edge
While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
