**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support

* Communicate effectively with customers in Ukrainian and English languages (B2 level, both written and verbal)
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
