Job Description:
Coca-Cola is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving... issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Resilient and independent personality traits
- Strong leadership and adaptability skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
